Cost Calculation Formula

Special Condition "Last Sheet will be alwase treat as partially sheet."

Here we have an example, We need to calculate price for 24 X 20 size Coroplast for 28 piece.
So we have total 4 sheets. 3 full sheet and last is partially.
Cost for full sheet is 50.

Cost For Full Sheets = No of full sheet * cost of full sheet as per user type
EX : 3 * 50 = 150

Cost For Partially sheet :
Get Price for 1 sq inch = cost of full sheet / (height of full sheet * width of full sheet)
Ex : 50 / (48 * 96) = 0.0108506944444444
Get Cost for selected area = (1 sq inch price * width of a coroplast * height of a coroplast * no of coroplast print n the partally sheet)
Ex : 0.0108506944444444 * 24 * 20 * 4 = 20.83333333333333
Total Cost of selected Area = Cost for selected area + Setup fee
Ex : 20.83333333333333 + 25 = 45.83333333333333
Special Condition "If Total Cost of selected Area is greater the full sheet cost then use full sheet cost in the calculation"

here special condition is not usable because cost is less the 50

Total cost of all sheet = Cost For Full Sheets + If Total Cost of selected Area
Ex : 150 + 45.83333333333333 = 195.8333333333333

Add Weight
Weight for 3 sheets
EX : 0.269 * 3 = 0.807

Weight for 4th sheet (Partially)

Weight for 1 sq inches
Ex : 0.269 / (48 * 96) = 5.837673611111111e-5

Weight for selected area
Ex : 5.837673611111111e-5 * 24 * 20 * 4 = 0.1120833333333333

total weight
Ex : 0.1120833333333333 + 0.807 = 0.9190833333333333

Total price = total weight + total cost
Ex : 0.9190833333333333 + 195.8333333333333 = 196.7524166666666
Round of final price is 196.75
